Job Summary:-

Responsible for providing necessary services to internal and external customers to improve service level. Manage, plan and organize supply chain functions by integrating the flow of products and services from their source along the whole supply chain, meaning Procurement, Budget, planning, manufacturing, storage and distribution for more than 350 outlets in KSA, Gulf countries, FR, North Africa,CA,UK,JOR,IRQ,LEB using ABC ranking system to achieve their overall objectives related to efficiency, service and quality by optimizing work in capital usage and cost, enhancing the expected customer satisfaction.

Develop strategy for the business in line with corporate strategy. Enhance and/or develop, implement strategic decisions, policies, and procedures to improve the operation and effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities: -

1- Create and manage integrated processes among Operations, planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping, and fleet to ensure high level of efficiency.

2- Manage and co-ordinate all operational activities in the SC, defining strategies and goals to improve service levels.

3- monitor the overall manufacturing process from the supply of raw material until the pre-delivery of the goods.

4- Develop yearly budgets & targets with the Management.

5- Identify continuous improvement on processes, people, and infrastructure with the use of Lean concept or any improvement tools.

6- Demonstrate effective order processing and excellent customer service by synergies among SC stakeholders.

7- Monitor daily procurement activities through a long lead item list / Master Procurement Tracker, Preparation of procurement reports.

8- Lead and review all efforts of finished goods distribution to all warehouses and showrooms in Gulf countries, Global and set up processes and systems for achieving the forecast.

9- Plan inventory management operations of finished goods at all company warehouses advise on corrective actions.

10- Monitor transport management activities by assessing relevant costing and transportation.

11- Direct budget and budgetary control and achieving departmental objectives.

12- Manage employees’ performance appraisal, development, and general personnel-related issues.

13- Manage and Optimize RM and FG inventories by planning, implementing, and controlling the process to have the right stock at right time in right place.

14- Provide mechanism for feedback to sales / customers as regards to orders and customer complaint

15- Coordination with Sales / Production / Purchase on monthly forecast for stock review and demand planning

16- Manage distribution activities by establishing strategies in line with cost effectiveness and customer needs.

17- Organize and evaluate physical inventory of finished goods, approve inventory adjustments, and take corrective actions against discrepancies.

18- Set and follow up on minimum balances of finished goods and optimizing as per demand and supply pattern.

19- Plan and define budgeting for all warehousing and distribution operations, review budgetary statements, and administer control of overall Distribution Department budgeting.

20- Set Key Performance Indicators of the department and monitor progression to create sense of urgency for action required to fill the gap between target and actual.

21- Coordinate with QA / Continuous Improvement for auditing activities, review audit reports and take corrective measurements against non-conformance, and ensure compliance to QA and HSE-related issues regarding overall warehousing RM and FG/distribution operations.

Achievements:-

1-Created ranking system for all products (As per monthly sales/forecast QTY) (A+,A,B,C,SLOB)to focus in fast moving items and correct lead time consumed in all operations (procurement, storage ,manufacturing, and distribution) to accelerate the turnover of capital and to avoid to lost any sales volume .

2-Reduced company stocks volume up to30% (keep 3month safety stock only between WH’s KSA area/Country’s and showrooms by using KPI’s stock covering.

3-Reduced non-moving materials(RM,PK)45% to be incorporated into other products.

4- Created re-order point for all materials to make sure that will arrive in right time in our WH.

5-Create stock level system in all showrooms & WH’s(min&max) to cover all products when reach to minimum level of stock level by auto replenishment.

Job Summary: -

Manage major elements of supply chain management: integration, operations, Logistics, purchasing, and distribution, each relies on the others to provide a seamless path from plan to completion as affordably as possible. The position also is responsible for all shipment forecasting and reporting activities.

Direct purchasing, warehousing, and distribution, through supervision of the inbound and outbound traffic, managing goods or services' buying and delivery process, and the placement and delivery of purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities: -

1- Lead the effective development and execution of the supply chain strategy and plans to contribute to the strategic objectives set by the management.

2- Plan and manage the activities of the supply chain to ensure processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently to achieve department business plans and priorities.

3- Develop and implement warehouse and inventory processes to improve workflow and efficiencies.

4- Manage capacity within transportation (market) and warehousing (dock throughput and storage space).

5- Select transportation routes and carriers to reduce transit time to the warehouse and to customers.

6- Ensure inventory accuracy and control, overseeing the receipt, storage, rotation, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.

7- Manage the return of goods in line with existing procedures including physical reception and entry in company stock.

8- Ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet customer needs, suggest inventory changes as appropriate, and ensure accurate inventory control and record keeping.

9- Coordinate with the Procurement department to place orders to replenish stock avoiding inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

10- Give recommendations concerning expired and damaged stock along with the logistics team.

11- Coordinate with the sales team to provide timely and accurate replenishment to all points of sales and customers.

12- Coordinate with the Quality Manager to ensure the implementation of the highest standards of quality assurance.

13- Prepare the annual budget for the logistics department and present it to CEO for approval.

14- Manage the allocation of budget across the department to ensure complete adherence and highlight any deviation from the plan in a timely manner and recommend action as necessary and in line with the approved process.

Achievements: -

1- Created all the SOP and workflow for all the processes.

2- Reduce the stock value up to 32M from 55M.

3- Create the Business Process Manual containing most of the operations and SOP's.

4- Initiate an Organization Structure for the Logistics and Production Planning staff and identified the scope of work for each member.

Job Summary:-

Oversee the efficiently manage import & export operations, inbound & outbound delivery, and supervise daily logistics and distributions operational details.

Manage transportation providers to ensure logistics requirements are aligned with Global Logistics Quality Standards. Carry out periodic performance reviews of all transporters to facilitate their service improvements.

Drive cost savings projects continuously to ensure effective control of logistics costs is implemented.

Job Summary:-

Responsible for designing and implementing supply planning processes and system solutions for different manufacturing environments. Train and coach production schedules in the application of best practices, ensuring that relevant planning parameters are accounted for in the plan to optimize customer service, production efficiency, and inventory. Brings together customer demand, production capacity, raw material needs, and inventory impacts to create mid-term master production schedules/production plans that optimize these interrelated factors for the assigned plant locations. Support existing products and new product launches, maintain targeted inventory levels, and minimize stocks and obsolete/out-of-age inventories.
