2-Reduced company stocks volume up to30% (keep 3month safety stock only between WH’s KSA area/Country’s and showrooms by using KPI’s stock covering.

3-Reduced non-moving materials(RM,PK)45% to be incorporated into other products.

4- Created re-order point for all materials to make sure that will arrive in right time in our WH.
