• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
• Arrange maintenance plan for the rented equipment
• Ensure to execute the maintenance as planned
• Make the necessary arrangments to perform the require task such as gate passes , access , communication with customer, ..etc
• Lead by example
• Provide an effective response to customer problems and malfunctions and work to solve them as soon as possible to meet customer satisfaction
• Manage and organize service reports in a way that helps to analysis data , monitoring equipment performance , arrange maintenance plan and calculating maintenance costs
• Coordination with other departments and work as group to achieve company goal .

• Install and configure new equipment
• Prepare PDI and inspection for new unit and monitor its performance
• Provide customer support and training on equipment usage and operation to achieve optimal performance from the equipment
• Schedule services calls according to customer location and urgency of need
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Diagnosed and repaired complex technical problems in the field
• Conducting Routine and PMS for both rental units and non-rental
• Completed reports to document inspection and testing process and results
• Manage Maintenance data records and tracked operating information for onsite reference
• Attended emergency on-site breakdowns to carry out repairs , working to minimize downtime
• Examined faulty equipment , interpreted reports and analysed customer complains to diagnose malfunctions
• Collaborate with engineering teams for product and service improvements to meet the optimum performance
• Collaborate with Sales and Warehouse team if need any technical assistance to reach customer satisfaction .

G.T.S is a Company specialised on transportation and clearance , it has a fleet of trucks and lifting equipment

Duties :

• Responsible and Supervising the maintenance operation and the entry of the vehicles and equipment to the workshop
• Check and troubleshooting vehicles and make inspection report to perform the required maintenance
• Delegate technicians to vehicles to conduct the required maintenance
• Follow-up the ongoing maintenance operations to ensure the completion with the required quality
• Semi-monthly and Monthly general reports for all maintenance operations .

• A short term training with huge knowledge on recognizing the types of equipments , machineries such as pumps and compressors .
