Duties and responsibilities :

• Review the drawings and materials submitted from the contractor and approved it refer to contract documents , project specification , applicable standards whether local or international standards Provide technical advice and resolve technical issue that arise during electrical work
• Prepared weekly and monthly progress reports and sent it to project manager
• Fallow up the quality of the works carried out by the executing contractor and submit the reports to the project manager
• Review and approve the payment certificates received from the contractor
• Monitoring and inspecting work undertake by the contractor
• Review and approve the variation order received from the contractors and submit to the project manager .

Duties and responsibilities:

• Implementation of Project Requirements by familiarizing with the project's contract documents , details drawings and specifications Ensure that all works has done according to the approval drawings and material
• Participate with the contractor of the identifying of the obstacles of the project( electrical , communications ) and study the possibility of avoid it ,as well as coordinate with the other destinations regarding to protect or transfer it
• Follow up the plans and schedules for all stages of the project Monitor the start-up, commissioning and handover of the site works Including maintaining records of the project milestones
• Review the payment certificates and drawings submitted from the contractor .

Duties and responsibilities :

• Experience in the supervision of building services installations like schools, hospitals , sport facility and industrial building construction projects
• Ability and well experience in drawings review include materials and equipment
• Knowledge in writing/answering letters, query and other documents in line with project contracts and specifications
• Monitor , inspect in daily basis the progress of works
• Provide assistance to the Senior Project Manager in term of site and drawings issues relevant to variation order and other contractual claims
• Study the work flow , material delivery base on the Program of works
• With strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Negotiate with clients, contractor and subcontractor
• Knowledge of load calculation, cable size, selection of C.B, MCCB and MCB
• Conduct Installation of lights fixtures, make sure that all work have done in accordance with specified standard such as IEC, NEC, IEEE
• Possessing depth knowledge of electrical safety regulations
• Provide technical assistance and resolution when engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction and oversee inspection and maintenance program
• Attend meetings, writing reports and give presentation to managers and clients.

• Implement and supervise for all activities relating to the daily operations and maintenance management of the power plant in conjunction with safe, efficient and reliable generation and supply of electrical power.identify and actively seek to improve operations, to improve operational reliability and availability, to maximize equipment life, and to provide detailed feedback to O&M manager
• Supervise and implement standard Maintenance Policies and Procedures according to Wartsila Operation & Maintenance Ltd requirements and format
• Reviews, analyzes and check all plant operating parameters through log sheets, computer trending and other reports that reflect performance of the equipment to ensure optimum operating condition
• Directs and developed technicians in practicing Standard Operating Procedures, safely precautions and cost saving measures to ensure safe and efficient operation of the plant
• The plant consists of eight engines V type vassa 18V32 with substation with twelve HV outgoing feeders
