• Supervise the installation of Plumbing, Irrigation, Medical Gas, PTS & Firefighting services during construction as per the approved shop drawing
• Reviewing the design of Plumbing, Irrigation, Medical Gas, PTS & Firefighting systems
• Procurement selection of materials as per the contract specifications
• Taking the approval of consultant for the related material & shop drawings
• Plumbing & Irrigation system estimations, with complete installation work of hot and cold water supply system, sewage & storm water drainage system, irrigation bubbler, drip, sprinkler water supply system, plumbing & irrigation pumps, as per the applicable standards & codes with approved materials from the consultant
• Firefighting system estimation, with complete installation of firefighting water line both underground & above ground (Black steel & Ductile pipe), Firefighting pumps (Electrical, Diesel & Jockey pumps), FM-200 system gas suppression system as per the applicable standards & codes with approved materials from the consultant
• Procurement of approved materials & coordinating with suppliers for material quotation & availability
• Follow up the works at site as per site time schedule & coordinating with foreman and consultant for any work related issues
• Follow up with specialized sub-contractors for submission of shop drawings, materials & implementation of works as per the project specifications
• Preparing IR's & MIR's for the related services for the consultant to ensure the work is completed, approved & maintaining a record of it
• Materials and Quantities take-off of all the related services & preparing invoice for consultant approval
• Final Quantity take off for the related services & discussing with the consultant QS for approval
• Testing & Commissioning of the all the plumbing, irrigation, medical gas, PTS & firefighting system services to ensure proper working of the system & taking approval from consultant
• Preparing the as-built drawings of plumbing, irrigation, medical gas, PTS & firefighting system
• Preparing the Operation & Maintenance manual for the related services
• Arranging training with suppliers for end user for the systems under my scope

Project: Housing Project

• Ability to involve in close monitoring of the work progress of MEP services with complete coordination
• Supervised the installation of the HVAC, plumbing & firefighting system during the construction, in accordance with technical, quality and safety requirements
• Complete supervision and coordination for erection control with installation of Grilles & Diffusers, volume control dampers and fire dampers etc
• Cold & hot water system, fire fighting systems
• Materials and Quantities take-off of the related systems
• Testing & Commissioning of the all the systems related to my scope & taking approval from consultant
