Project: GREEN OASIS (THUMAMAH) RIYADH

• Responsible for Inspections of MEP service for villas with 12 subcontractors.
• Review and Approval of Shop and As-build Drawings.
• Review and Approval of Technical Submittals.
• Inspections for Electrical Service of Low voltage and Low current systems
• Inspections for Mechanical services for Domestic water supply, Irrigation, Drainage, Air conditioning system.
• Inspection of Testing commissioning for Electromechanical Services
• Approving invoices as per work done for each villa for MEP.

• Responsible for Securing Approvals on Shop Drawings and conducting meetings with Consultant and Client stakeholders.
• Supervising Installation of MDB, with 4000 Ampere breaker and Bus Coupler Interlock MCC Panels Branch panels, Cable Trays, Cables.
• Supervising Testing and Commissioning for MDB & Transformer

• Designing of Single Line Diagram considering Initial loads as per SEC and submitting. For Approval prior approval of Mechanical/HVAC loads.
• Coordination with Site team and preparing RFQ's Package (Request for quotations)with BOQ by taking out required quantity of materials prior is assigning them to theprocurement team.
• Assisting BMS Engineers for commissioning of FCU, BCU, AHU, and VFDDRIVES.
• Developed shop drawings from project specifications. Project schedules and milestones, monitoring progress against established time schedules, checking for variations and proposing suitable modifications to avoid time/cost overruns to ensure all the project requirements are complied.
• Designing of PANEL BOARDS for Low voltage systems by calculating Electrical and mechanical loads of each equipment’s.
• Supervision and installation of all Low current systems TV. Telephone, Data, sound system, Card Reader Fire Alarm system.
• Selection of Cables as per loads and technically recommended wiring devices as per requirement..
• Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward business and other organizational objectives.
• Low Voltage System 400V, MDB with Bus couplers with interlocking.
• Selection and Installation of Cables for Main Breaker from Transformer to MDB‐DB‐ BRANCH PANELS.
• Megger test for MDB, SMDB and Continuity test for Main and Branch circuits.
• Safety Training for FIRE PASS method, CPR, Spillage control, SOUND.
• Installation of Philips Dynalite system for Lighting Control system.
• Scheduling meeting with client, designating task for Engineers, supervisors.
• Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communications with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the organization.

• Ensure installation of embedded PVC conduit, sleeves, junction box, enclosure with shop & if drawing prior to concrete pouring & future civil activities.
• Carrying out inspection for wiring termination & checking all the tags are installed as per termination schedule.
• Taking part in installation & testing activities for all services, lighting fixtures, cable pulling.
• Testing and commissioning for all Low voltage system.

• Responsibilities for Meeting with Panel Builder companies ABB, FAME
• Meeting with Clients to Know about their Panel requirements. PANEL BOARD Till 72ways with complete and partial IP. Electrical Equipment's and Accessories.
• Assembling Panel Boards, Breakers, Contactor's coil as per Project requirement of 24v, 48v, 220v.
• To ensure that the work is completed in time with the given specifications and standards.
