- My main responsibilities were to plan global shutdowns and turnarounds projects as per the standards that are provided by our clients, as well as establishing a time line for our projects based on the scope of work that the client provided.
- My role was involving also being the focal point in the project to supply my team with the all needed permits and approvals from the client before and during the execution.
- These were some of the projects that I have worked on:
- Heat exchanger replacement job in SIPCHEM company, the project included rigging work to replace the heat exchanger, hydrotesting the new heat exchanger, and installation of insulation.
- Catalyst replacement project in SAFCO SABIC company, the main scope of work was to unload the old catalyst and ceramic balls materials, clean the vessel from inside and load a new catalyst material.
- Boiler cleaning job in IBNZAHR SABIC company, this project was for cleaning the boiler and the furnace from rust and other Impurities from inside, changing leaking valves, and changing the burners of the furnace.
- Boiler cleaning job in ARRAZY SABIC company.
- Another responsibility that my job included was to support my team with mobilization and demobilization of manpower into and from the site during the project period.
