• Studying the engineering drawings to make decomposition of project scope into smaller work packages.
• Characterize the tasks to be executed for creating the project deliverables and logical relationships for activities of project.
• Analyzing civil activities relationships, durations, resources, and conditions to issue the baseline time schedule for constructions with take in account the risk responses.
• Follow up the status of all Packages such as construction, procurement and engineering.
• ·Analysis the variations between targeted and actual progress using EV and focusing the area of critical paths that it needs actions from civil project team.
• Monitoring and collecting any changes of requirements that it have been requested by client, assessing impact of time and cost for these changes on time schedule.
• Submitting and taking approving on claim on the extension of time due to changes on civil project.

• Review invoices and compares its quantities to quantities in B.O.Q.
