PROJECT: King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Project; Third Saudi Expansion of The Holy Haram and Surrounding Areas in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• Oversee all measurement activities of Masjidil Haram and its associated building/facilities and undertake measurement tasks where necessary.
• Developed and implemented continuous improvement approaches in generating better output of the assigned task by the Client.

• Performed measurements for structural and architectural works to prepare cost estimates for whole development of the project.
• Calculated correct costs for project-specific goods and services by gathering information from team members, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Prepared and presented estimated budget and cash flow to the management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work.
• Negotiated with potential contractors to obtain best and final offers, developed contract provisions and recommended awards as advised by superior.
• Prepared and issued contracts to the successful contractors.
• Evaluated invoices and variations by the subcontractors for site progress.
• Prepared payment certificates to Client for monthly progress IPC.

• Sourced and negotiated with qualified vendors to obtain favorable pricing and finalized contracts for delivery.
• Provided Requests for Information (RFIs) to potential vendors for quotations on desired requirements.
• Managed vendor purchase order dispatch, delivery and invoicing to set contractual guidelines and maintain budgetary regulations
• Assisted Quantity Surveyor department in services and consultants contract monitoring.
• Assisted Contract Department in issuance of contract documents to the successful contractors.

PROJECT: Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Temporary Common Camp Facilities and Infrastructure (Package 20A1) Refinery and Petrochemicals Integrated Development (Rapid). Johor, Malaysia.

• Adhered to procurement policies for tenders’ preparation, tenders’ invitation, tenders’ analysis, negotiation, preparation of board papers for stakeholders’ reviews and approval and issuance of contract awards.
• Liaised with the legal department on the preparation of tender and contract documents.
• Reviewed and analysed quotes from contractors to obtain the best pricing and service for the company.
• Prepared tender report for the selection of contractors before the issuance of the contract.
• Conduct joint-measurement with the Client's PMC Team.
• Prepared monthly IPC for the Client certification promptly.

PROJECT: Construction of 2711 ground floor units in the flood-affected areas in the North Karnataka Districts (Bellary, Bijapur, Bagalkote, Raichur, and Koppala) under Programme “AASARE”, India.

• Acted as a project planner and made appropriate changes and modifications to project plans to meet organisational needs.
• Prepared monthly IPC for Client certification promptly.
• Verified and certified subcontractors' invoices as per site progress.
• Prepared monthly financial report against actual site progress for Management reviews and updates.
• Worked with project managers to determine schedule and volume requirements to effectively coordinate deliveries and maintain supply levels of raw materials.

PROJECT: Western Transport Corridor Tumkur – Haveri, Rehabilitation and Up-gradation of Sira to Chitradurga NH 4 Section, Package 2 – km 122.300 to 189.000, India

• Worked closely with Senior Quantity Surveyor, to provide effective assistance for closing Final Account between the company and Client.
