• Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Continuous improvement of existing reports and dashboards based on users' feedback.

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
• Configure and customize solutions to meet client specifications.

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Establish clear communication channels between various teams and stakeholders.

Training and Support:

• Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure end-users can effectively use the new technology.
• Provide ongoing support to address any issues that arise post-implementation.

Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential risks and challenges during the implementation process, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Facilitate change management within the organization.

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
• Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, site visit, or chat until they've solved a technical issue.
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, for example. Software developers.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Refer to internal database (SQL Server) or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
• Ensure all issues are properly logged using Jira.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
• Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
