Produce architectural construction documents including floor plans, interior/exterior elevations, construction details, sections, reflected ceiling plans etc.
Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support.
Render a 3D Revit Model of the store and its finishes for review.
Use checklists set-up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.
Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Worked extensively in Google SketchUp and Revit to produce promotional models as representations of proposed designs.
Understand the initial design intent and concepts, and apply them towards a 3D visual representation using SketchUp.
Create photoshop rendered plans and elevations to provide the clients and tenants with visual aid of the designs.
Create design development, construction and as-built documents for residential and commercial projects.
Assist Project Architect with design development and construction documents.
Workout bid documents & presentations using: Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop.
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Rendering architectural video, 360o VR, and images.
3D Interior designing and detailed CAD shop drawings.
VISITING job sites to verify accuracy and quality of construction, and at times deal with on-site problems.
Design development and production of construction drawings.
VISIT job sites and measure required dimensions needed to produce drawings for the client.
Designing portfolio and business cards.
