Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BOQ for different projects as per given drawings by clients.
• Preparation of cost estimation for project & risk assessment. Prepare a time line of each project, monitoring & controlling day by day activities of projects.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports & submission to client &manager.
• Preparation of cash flow & tracking of schedule & cost.
• Ensure that fabrication of different projects must be according to given drawings.
• To Fabricate different types of U-Stamped Pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, LPG Bowsers & different projects & Ensure quality by ASME.
• Fabrication of Pipe Line projects on Skids / on site as per drawing.
• To carryout inspections of Projects with QC team to checkout defects by Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic test, DPT, UT & RT (NDT).
• To demand material of projects & ensure delivery of material on time by Procurement department.
• To identify & manage bottlenecks of Projects.
• To ensure health & safety Policies are complied with company policy. Ensure safe job execution
