Have Solid understanding of hand experience in RF Designing, Planning and Optimizing for 5G,4G,3G & 2G Technology and Good knowledge of Hardware used such as AAU,RRU,BBU...etc

Approving MOP (Method of procedure) issuing the SOW (Scope of work), Approving the ACR( Addition capacity requirements), Approving the NCR(New Coverage Request), Requesting and Approving the CR (Change Request) and many other forms in STC network

Responsible for generation of Cell Design database of new and existing sites, site validation, site verification, completion of Acceptance Process for new sites etc.

Creating 3G & 4G cell database by using Atoll such as Site table, transmitter table & cell table and updating the status as per customer requirement.

Ensuring the KPIs for the new on air site as committed and agreed with customer.

RF Planning new site in atoll physical parameter such as Scrambling code, site coordinates, antenna type, antenna height, antenna tilt, antenna azimuth, cable loss, propagation model , intra neighbor, inter neighbor relation and providing the complete RF Data for 3G & 4G Technology.

Experience in designing & preparation of network expansions, recommending & providing solutions for radio network quality improvements. Also, enhanced performance of network & optimization department.

Traffic studies for the whole network to identify Modernization site adding in the scope for new site or U900 co-location or LTE 1800 Co-location depending upon the requirement

Running prediction in the Atoll for the new site or customer complaint as per customer request for 3G & 4G technology

Preparing daily performance report which mainly contain different graph in performance and traffic. Performance contain of E-RAB Establishment Success Rate(%),Intra-Frequency HO Success Rate(%),Call Drop Rate(%),RRC Setup Success Rate -Service (%),Inter-RAT Handover Out Success Rate (%) and Traffic contain of UL Traffic Volume(GB), DL Traffic Volume(GB), Service UL Average Throughput(Kbps), Service DL Average Throughput(Kbps), Resource Block Utilizing Rate(UL), Resource Block Utilizing Rate(DL)

Planning and executing task to Optimize LTE RF Cluster in the customer network

Generate field test plans. According to the project scope and to coordinate with the team member and monitoring the testing directly.

Preparing digital maps using Google Maps, Google Earth, MapInfo and the other necessary programs & Preparing cluster routes for cities using MapInfo for Cluster tests & Preparing Cluster Optimization Report

Analyzed log-files and generated report using MapInfo which contains mainly a Plot of RSCP , EC/IO ,QPSK Modulation Rate, Physical Served through put, CQI . Median, 16 QAM Modulation rate and 64 QAM Modulation rate.

Analysis of drive test data & finding problems like call drop, block call, C/A, C/I handover failure and taking corrective action & giving recommendation like change in freq planning, BSIC, addition of neighbors, giving tilt Drive test analysis and statistics analysis 2G KPI (HOSR, TCH Congestion Rate, TCH Call Drop Rate, SDCCH Congestion Rate, SDCCH Call Drop Rate, Rx Qual). Understand to do analyze & optimize of cell has high handover failure and dropped calls due to RF issues, congestion issues, Co &adjacent interference problem, high HO failure problem, overshooting TA.
