Project Description:

The proposed facilities will provide the ability to collect streams from the Plant Inlet Area, Sulfur Recovery Unit and separate the hydrocarbons and sour water in two Three-Phase Separators. Two two-stage water stripper trains will be provided to remove the hydrogen sulfide and ammonia from the water before the treated water is disposed to the evaporation ponds. The hydrogen sulphide-rich gas will be routed to the SRU inlet header. The hydrocarbon will be pumped to the existing Safaniyah condensate header. This will improve Berri Gas Plant performance with the treatment and disposal of the sour water produced within the Berri gas plant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing designs, plans and reports to ensure constant compliance with project specifications.
• Arranging technical meetings with the SAPMT and SAPID to eliminate conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
• Evaluating the progress based on DPR and preparing detailed reports accordingly.
• Ensure schedule of all the deliverables.
• Establishing and implementing corrective action to minimize project risk impacts.
• Sourcing cost-effective sub-contract elements to meet project resource requirements.
• Root cause analysis to establish issues and identify prevention methods.
• Identifying and rectifying quality issues, minimizing operational disruption.
• Presenting project updates to Saudi Aramco, highlighting successes and suggesting solutions for weak spots.
• Creating detailed project schedules, working closely with Scheduling team to manage deadlines.
• Instructed teams on design, quality and manufacturing plans to achieve goals.
• Resolving project engineering issues, developing innovative solutions that resulted in cost savings.
• Facilitating smooth project execution by providing technical guidance and on-site support.

Oil and Gas Plant Constructions:

• Construction of Sour Water Tanks of 3000 cum Capacity, Evaporation Ponds with the area of 169,000 sqm, Vessel Foundations, Pump Stations, Skid Foundations, UG RTR Pipelines, Earth Works, Industrial Paving, Pipe Supports, Installation of Equipments, Structures Poles etc, Asphalt and Concrete Paving along with Catch Basins for drainage of Oily and Storm Water, Precast Foundations, Manholes, Duct Banks, Walkways, Dike Walls, Culverts etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planned and executed civil work construction in coordination with the Berri Gas Plant Operations Unit.
• Oversee all construction activities on project site.
• Visited sites to check project progress and eliminate bottlenecks.
