My Leadership Style
I don’t like to rely on people. If I am in charge I try to delegate tasks, but if I see someone struggling I will often offer to take on their role in addition to my own. It usually does work, but it’s probably not the best thing for raising the confidence of my team-mates. If I think I’m strong enough to carry the weight of the team and make it faster than if I didn’t then I’ll do it. Sometimes it is good though. It sometimes shows I care about them. Like if I see someone falling behind because they’re struggling with something heavy I’ll go back and take it off them. Then I run ahead to allow them to catch up without having to match my pace. I’ve tried to be more compassionate towards my teams though. Sometimes I get too focused on the objective to care about what they’re doing. It’s mainly because I don’t care about how I feel if I’m focused on something so I struggle to see how they can be. I’m good at seeing people’s strengths though, and if I can see someone is more suitable than me I will let them take the responsibility. I am not arrogant about it at all

I always look to improvement to always keep my job better and to development all my staff to get the high standard of the house, when I found any complaint or remarks for my department I immediately increase the training time and do an urgently meeting with other department involve, I always looking for the new equipment in the market to improve our performance, keeping everything in my department in up to date.
