At the beginning of my career, I worked as technical support engineer for 4 years in the IT department, where my responsibilities included:
-installing/upgrading Windows on end devices
-Joining company devices to domain
-Installing/connecting printers and scanners and their related drivers
-Installing network infrastructure (cables, and network points)
-Provide support for collaboration meeting rooms (conference rooms)
-Installing IPT devices
-Maintain the cybersecurity solutions up to date, to detect and eliminate any vulnerability
I worked for 4 years as an IT Specialist, responsible for various tasks, including:
-Administrating the Assets system, where we document the delivery or return of any custody for users (desktop, laptop, phone), this requires any resigning employee to return their belongings.
-Working with the Amer system, which is a system for processing customer requests, whether for hardware or software.
- Participating in meetings with suppliers to evaluate their solutions and determine their suitability for company policies, both in terms of hardware and software.
- Managing the Nexthink system, a system that helps IT staff identify details about devices such as: location, last employee who used the device, device IP, and computer name.
- Working with the USD system, which is for processing and distributing requests to technicians based on location.
I worked as Network Engineer for 2 years in the Network Operations department where I build solid experience, and obtained professional certificates. My responsibilities included :
-Switch and router configuration
-Working with IT-NOC team to monitor network devices
-Working with the ManageEngine software, which provides monthly reports and details of changes to network devices, At the end of each month, I used to submit a report to the department manager detailing changes to network devices across all regions of the Kingdom.
