• Package 2 – Super Basement – Overseeing of $1 billion + low-rise construction project with extensive built-up area; construction of 3-level super basement including 10,500-car parking capacity, underground roads, tunnels, and service facilities, ensuring constructability and seamless integration with above-ground structures.
•Retail, Hospitality, and Non-Retail Assets – Structural oversight for diverse assets, including lifestyle retail complexes, hotels, branded apartments, resorts, mosques, and offices (2–4 storeys), all positioned above super basement, ensuring structural stability, safety, and alignment with masterplan objectives, ensuring all works are executed in full compliance with design intent, specifications, and international standards.

• Reviewed and coordinated shop drawings and method statements, resolving design discrepancies and ensuring constructability across complex project conditions.
