Responsibilities :

1. Spearheaded the construction of structural, finishing & Fit - Out works for:

- Multi - storey luxury hotel (55 Rooms).
- Main building including back of house and F&B.
- 18 villas ( 12 one bed room - 6 two bed rooms).
- landscape.

2.Delivered quality work within a Fast-track schedule for one of NEOM'S flagship projects.

3. Partnered with AECOM consultant to streamline workflows, ensuring project milestones were achieved under strict NEOM guidelines.

Project : Mall and garage of Monorail station

Project consists of:-

2 Basements 16800 m2.
4 Buildings ( Ground + 3 Typical Floors + Roof + Top Roof ).

Responsibilities :

Review and approve construction drawings, ensuring compliance with required specifications and standards.
Oversee the implementation of concrete and finishing works according to the approved technical specifications.
Develop and monitor a detailed schedule to ensure timely execution of project.
Manage and coordinate all stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and sub consultants, to ensure smooth project progression.
Ensure all phases of the project are executed according to the highest quality standards.
Supervise the final handover process to the client after reviewing and approving completed works.

Project : MDF Factory ( Heavy Industrial)

Responsibilities :
1. Concrete Works Supervision

Oversaw the execution of concrete works for critical heavy industrial structures, including the Silos, Substations, Energy Plants, warehouse, workshops, conveyors, tanks and Recycling Silo (Slip Form).
Supervised the construction of industrial facilities such as Pipe Racks, Press Exhaust Building, Dryer Building, and Main Fan Stages.

2. Managed all finishing works across the site post-concrete phase to ensure high-quality standards.

Project : BASIN 2 CONTAINER TERMINAL WORKS DREDGING, RECLAMATION AND OFFSHORE PORT CONTRACT
Main Consultant : Jacobs
Main Contractor : Rowad Modern Engineering
Responsibilities :
1. Supervised the following structural elements:

Administration Zone (4 linked buildings )
Oil separators, lift stations, substations and workforce building.
High masts lighting poles, entry and exit gates, and other critical facilities.

2. Infrastructure Works

Oversaw the execution of roads,stacks and refer gantries
Monitored the installation of lines such as storm water systems, potable water networks, shield, domestic, fire fighting, Mv, Lv, data and channel drains.

3. Prepared and submitted progress reports, tracking project timelines and deliverables for assigned zones.

Project : New Administration Capital Residential Neighborhood (R5)

Responsibilities :

Supervising structural works for cluster consisting of 5 buildings with heights ranging from 7 to 9 floors + 2 basements + a centeral plaza) with total area 12,600 square meters.
Overseeing the finishing works of the MOKE-UP unit delivered to the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) and ensuring it's approval.
Supervising High-end luxury Finishes for all buildings within the cluster.

Project : Administrative Buildings For Military Intelligence

Sub contractor : Al Farouq For Contracting and Trading
Project Consists Of :
Two buildings, each comprising 9 partitions, with a total area of 18,000 square meters per building.
Responsibilities:

Managing all finishing activities for Building B, partitions from 6 to 9 .
Coordination: Collaborating with the main contractor and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Progress Monitoring: Tracking the execution of works to ensure timely completion within the specified schedule.
Ensuring high-quality standards across all finishing works.

Project : Ezz Zone in Dubai Port

2 Sub Station - Fence With Sliding gate
Railway line - Infrastructure works

Trainee for 6 weeks and then i was employed in daily system - after proof of my abilities - until the completion of the study (on summer vacations and mid-year vacation)
