• Prepare project feasibility studies, BOQ, cost break-downs, and RFP documents for design and construction projects
• Evaluate and facilitate the selection of contractors/vendors that best meet the project requirements by providing the required technical evaluation of the submitted bids.
• Represent the Project Delivery Department and actively contribute to various committees/meetings (internal and external) to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.

• Review contractor's proposed design, shop/IFC drawings, technical submittal, queries, and field change request document.
• Issue non-conformance reports for defective items after notifying contractors in writing.

• Updating progress completed with planning department to reflect performance schedule/cost indices.
• Ensure the project conforms to the client's approved IFC designs, shop drawings and method statements.
• Attend regular project progress meetings with project team to ensure strong familiarity with scope and stay abreast of changing requirements and variation orders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate deliverables with relevant department before submitting RFIs.
• Ensuring the work site complies with legal requirements regarding environment, health & safety.
