National Guard, Dammam, Saudi Arabia. NGHA eastern region is a modern facility of two conjoint hospitals 300 plus 150 bed capacity operated by NGHA. The two hospitals were accredited by JCIA ( joint commission for international Accreditation) as applying the north American standards for health facilities

The hospital serves wide area at the eastern regions, KSA. It has busy ER, OPD and wards supported by modern laboratory, radiology Dept. with modern CT scan and MRI.
The hospital was accredited as centre of Excellency in bariatric surgery.

• I Performed a wide variety of general surgery procedures, including cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, and colonic surgery, with a focus on laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques.
• Conducted Bariatric surgeries such as gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and adjustable gastric banding, and biliopancreatic diversion contributing to substantial weight loss and improved overall health in patients.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to surgical patients.
• Achieved consistently positive patient outcomes and satisfaction through expert surgical skills and attentive post-operative care.

Armed forces hospital is a moderate sized, well equipped hospital, comparable to any Eastern hospital. We deal with both acute, surgical emergencies and cold surgery. We also deal with laparoscopic surgery, which is one of my field of interest
Duties:

• l also takes care of routine types of surgeries. Performing operations on the level of Registrar.
• Minor and most of the major surgical procedures e.g.
• Thyroidectomy mastectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy,
hemicolectomy and amputation bypass, Assisting in vascular surgical procedures e. embolectomy and varicose vein surgery

Duties

Pre and post operative care of patient in the in-patient unit
• Assisting in all surgical ands laparoscopic procedures Dealing with emergency
cases inER.
• Performing operations as a surgeon on the level of Registrar

Al-Helal hospital (General Hospital) is a famous 600 bedded trauma centre in Cairo. Duties
• Assisting in numerous neurosurgical operations e.g. evacuation of intracranial hematomas operations for cervical and lumbar disc prolapse, fracture fixation. and excision of brain tumours.

Brief
Assiut University hospital is the biggest hospital in the south of Egypt and one of the biggest in Egypt with 1200 beds. During these four years of work at the University Hospital I successfully completed my Masters Degree in General Surgery and was fortunate to have been closely associated with Professor Dr. AbdulRazek Hassan, who was Chairman of the Surgical Department and Chairman of Assiut University feel that his guidance has assisted me immensely in my development as a surgeon.
Duties
Performing numerous operations, varying from minor operations in the first year(Abscess - S. Chiselling appendectomy - hernia operations to major operations in the second,third and 4th years of residence Cholecystectomy open and Laparoscopic mainly open at that time and thyroid operations.
Involved in the teaching process of junior resident when I was in the last 2 years of residency program.Dealings with trauma in ER e.g. MVAs', firearm injuries etc.
Quality Improvement (Q. I.) physician
Medical and surgical care of cases in the in-patients unit, preparing patients for surgery.
Post-operative Post-operative care of patients in the in-patient unit. Managing of cases in the out-patient clinics. Performing of all scheduled surgical and laparoscopic operations as a surgeon as first assistance in the level of SHO.
