• Responsible for supervising the mechanical department in the Riyadh region, including the following key projects :prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University – Al Sulail College , ministry of Housing Project – 535 Villas in Riyadh and ladies Fitness Time Branches – Rahmaniah and Nuzha.

• Managed full-cycle MEP project execution, including planning, resource allocation, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning, while ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Directed multidisciplinary coordination among HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams to streamline workflow, resolve design conflicts, and maintain construction milestones across all trade.
• Successfully delivered high-technical facilities, including data centers equipped with precision HVAC systems (chillers and related infrastructure), advanced fire protection systems, and full MEP integration to meet operational and safety requirements.

Contributed to the world’s largest District Cooling Plant – Central Utility Complex (CUC) for the Shamiyah Haram Expansion (75,000 m²), featuring 24 chillers (5,000 TR each), 14 generators (5.5 MW each), firefighting, gray water treatment, waste handling (600 tons/day), water tanks, pump rooms, and complete MEP works.

• Supervised and monitored all mechanical site activities in accordance with approved drawings, methods, and safety standards.
• Coordinated mechanical execution with electrical and civil teams to ensure smooth interdisciplinary integration.
• Prepared and submitted daily site reports, inspection requests, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Led testing and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance with project specifications.

• Supervised all mechanical site works, including HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
• Prepared material requests based on approved shop drawings.
