• Repair the faulty BTS using OSS and WINFIOL or escalated it to Maintenance Engineer.
• Work as first-line-line support for all MobiTel MSCs (ERICSSON) checking its hardware and its signaling connection with other nodes (VLR, HLR, GMSC, SMS SERVER, BSC, OSS).

- Site survey for more than 50 MW links (NEC product) with different terrain and clutters across Sudan.

- Site survey, implementation, and commissioning for more than 300 sites using the WLL network in different regions in Sudan using the INTRACOM/SRT systems.

- Install, commission, and configure a trial project for Broadband Wireless Access System (SRT EQUIPMENT.METROFLEX) for five access points in Khartoum city.
