• Arrange the daily TA/Project progress meeting during execution phase with management, EHSS and inspection department.

• Highlighting the lead and lag activities on daily basis and reason of lag activities.
• Monitoring and controlling of the critical path and all other slack activities.
• RN creation for contractor invoices.
• Prepare the close out reports.
• Submit the close out notification.

• Replacement of clinker cooler cross bars, u-profiles, c-profiles, ADP, MFR, hydraulic jacks etc.
• Performed other activities like maintenance/replacement of kiln inlet and outlet sector plates, clinker crusher hammers, hammer discs, grate bars, bearings etc.
