Review general arrangement and isometric in conjunction of P&ID. Review contract document, project specifications and scope of supply.
Preparation of field engineering queries and co-ordination with a designer team.
Submission of Method of Statement, Job Safety Analysis and Construction Documents.
Reviews and provides comments/approval package prepared by a contractor.
Detailed study of Scope work, drawing & specification and evaluating drawings prior to site execution.
Evaluation of materials Aramco & Contractor supplied and prepared site erection materials prior to site execution.
Detail review of ARAMCO contract line items and provide feedback on our contracts if there are some changes in Piping ( ISO, P&ID and SIS) and Hydro Test (HYD) and make relines and get approved from client..
Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all piping problems.
Ensure the pipe spools, valves, flanges and fittings should be proper storage and handling.
Site survey and implementation of work according to the drawings.
The preparing Tie-In package gets approved from Client and operation
Supervise the fabrication and erection of pipe spools.
Supervise the transportation of pipe spools from lay down to site and stringing and welding of pipe and spools.
Check and monitor the site activities in accordance with the project quality plan and specifications.
Prepare and review the hydro package and coordinate with a Quality Team.
Verify and inspects the fittings, gaskets, valves , Orifice plate, Flow element, Support & guides and flange are installed as per specification and bill of materials of approved ISO and P&ID and request for Inspection to quality department .
Line check prior to the hydro test, to verify the entire work in the test limits has been completed as per isometric and project quality control procedure/specifications/standards and giving punches as per category wise, like “A- before hydro it should be clear, B- after hydro it can be clear etc”
Prepare detailed records and reports on all inspections conducted at site and maintain the quality control documentation.
Make and review the weld summary sheet and attach NDT reports with a summary and also update QC comments log daily and request balance NDT reports to NDT co- coordinator .
Submitting the inspection requests to the client for various piping inspections in accordance with the approved inspection and test plan.
Complete system walk through with contractor and company.
Verifying the calibration certificates of pressure testing equipment pressure gauges, pressure relief valve and manifold.
Responsible for the hydro test activities and the witnessing of the hydro test and flushing and internal cleaning of piping.
Raised & submit RFI to PID & PMT project inspector during hydro test , bolt torquing , valve installation , fit up , thread joints and modification .
After the hydro test, install all remaining B punch items ( Globe valve , MOV , AOV , PV , ZV,FE,RO , Equipment Connection , Clearance , Insulation , ...etc ) and request to quality department for package reinstatement inspection .
Prepare and review the Leak test and Service test packages .
Conduct per-commissioning and commissioning activity ( Chemical cleaning , water flushing , Oil Flushing , Leak test , Service Test , Steam blowing ... etc ) with QCI , PID , PMT and SAP .
