Currently working as a Civil Site Engineer | Project Engineer in this private firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia My role includes:

• Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure that project is executed efficiently and effectively.
• Review design documents to ensure that they meet project requirements and comply with relevant standards and codes.
• Supervise construction process, including monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure that work is completed to required quality standards, including conducting inspections and testing materials in concerned labs.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other records.

Scope of Work:

• Quality Control at site.
• Complete Survey of site and transferring Grid Lines using total station.
• Marking location of work for various sub-contractors and transferring levels for various activities.
• Setting out site and checking levels, coordinates throughout project.
• Overlooking all construction activities i.e. Earthwork, Steel Reinforcement, Concrete Pouring, Block Works, facade works, Plumbing, Tiles Fixation, Laying of Pavement etc.
• Collecting Concrete and tarmac samples and sending them to laboratory for testing to ensure quality.
• Preparing RAMS and ensuring safety at work site.
• Raising RFI for any discrepancies in IFC Drawings.
• Issue and close NCRs with different trades.
• Supervising all temporary works activities and ensuring CDM regulations at work site.
• Conveying complex terms in layman language to laborers and ensuring work is done as per drawings.
• Preparing IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) for work done and taking approval from consultant and client.
• Coordinating and supervising all sub-contractor activities and processing their invoices.
• Processing/Checking Sub Contractor Bills and reconciling of Work Done with IPC paid from Client.
• Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings throughout project.
• Monitoring Project plan on Oracle Primavera P6 and preparing reports for Monthly Progress meetings
• Preparing Procurement Schedules and arranging timely delivery of required material on site i.e. Steel, Concrete or backfill material.
• Preparing Cost Analysis for various ongoing activities and ensure work is done as per Budgeted Cost.
• Successfully delivering each project within time and budget.

Served as a Cost Estimator in this firm.

• I dealt with US and UK based projects to determine approximate cost of construction project by analyzing plans and specifications of a project and breaking down cost of each component, such as labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses, to estimate total cost of project.
• My role included using Planswift & BlueBeam Revu for quantity take-off and preparing the bill of quantities on excel spreadsheets by researching and analyzing prices for materials and labor.

• Served as AUTOCAD 2D & 3D Trainer at NAVTTC, KAMYAB JAWAN PROGRAM of Prime Minister, held in University of Lahore.

• Bill of quantities & designing of columns, beams, slabs and other structural components is included in role as design engineer in this organization.

• Supervision and monitoring of site work for Construction of drain lines on both sides of roads
• Quality assurance and precision of execution as per drawings, levels and bar bending schedules.

• Monitored and supervised construction work (Layout and Markings, Earthwork, Steel Reinforcement, Concrete Pouring, Block Works) at site.
