QA/QC Inspector – Building Works

• Worked as QA/QC Inspector for building projects from excavation through structural works to white/final finishing and handover. Conducted inspections for earthworks, concrete structures, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, screeding, EIFS/rendering, and finishing works. Ensured compliance with approved drawings and specifications, managed inspection requests and NCRs, supported snagging activities, and coordinated final inspections leading to Final TOC (Taking-Over Certificate).

Project: Construction of ARADHA DAM ARADHA TREATMENT PLANT ROOHAN AL AKHDAR

Consultant: National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) Al Riyadh KSA

Performed duties as QC Inspector under consultant supervision for dams, water treatment plants, and water supply line projects. Carried out inspections for rock excavation, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works in compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Supervised and inspected various types of concrete including mass concrete, RCC, and roller compacted concrete (RCC). Verified quantities of concrete, reinforcement steel, and other construction materials, and supported quality documentation, inspections, and compliance with project standards.

Landscaping Supervisor – SALCO Landscaping Company

• Worked as Landscaping Supervisor responsible for supervising hardscape works, land profiling, and irrigation systems, along with coordination of related MEP works. Ensured activities were executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Managed site workmanship, material usage, and coordination with subcontractors and engineers to achieve quality, safety, and timely completion.

Site Supervisor – Gulf Consulting Associates

• Worked as Site Supervisor for township development and city beautification projects. Supervised civil, landscaping, and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinated site teams, monitored materials and workmanship, and supported inspections to achieve timely and high-quality project delivery.

Site Supervisor – Peshawar Development Authority (Client/Municipality)

• Worked as Site Supervisor for municipal development projects under Peshawar Development Authority. Supervised civil and infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, and public facilities. Ensured execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and municipal standards, coordinated with contractors and consultants, and monitored workmanship, materials, and site progress.
