The Instrument supervisor is responsible for all planned, corrective, and campaign instrumentation maintenance activities. Purpose is to plan, direct and execute maintenance activities and related project work.

Controls all work for instruments maintenance and calibration. Receives and analyses periodic reports on instruments maintenance and scheduled turnarounds and determines the best course of action for increasing the Section's efficiency.

• Repaired and renovated damaged and worn instruments.

• Shrunk knowledge gaps with ongoing training and close employee mentoring for new and less experienced team members.
• Reviewed and studied blueprints to double-check installation and implementation project requirements.
• Monitored equipment, tools and system upgrades to compile data into detailed reports for upper management.
• Supervised team of installers and mechanics to complete work on time and to company standards.

Calibrate and maintai pneumatic, chemical, electrical and electronic process controls and measurement instrumentation.

Installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, calibrating and testing a wide variety of industrial instrumentation such as control valves, transmitters, radars, levels, Controlling and regulating level, flow, pressure and temperature meters

• Performing routine checks and maintenance on existing systems to prevent mechanical failure.
• Calibrating instruments to ensure their accuracy and reliability in data gathering and process control.
• Diagnosing issues and effectuating immediate repairs to mitigate downtime.
• Updating system software and hardware to ensure technological compliance and efficiency.
• Documenting processes and maintaining service reports to adhere to compliance and operational standards.
• Collaborating with team members, including engineers and other technicians, to improve system performance.
