  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of industrial properties, ensuring optimal utilisation and compliance with regulations
  • Day-to-Day management of the compulsory acquired commercial properties for the North-South Corridor (NSC) Project
  • Compose and deliver well-crafted communications to the Executive team, and prepare Ministerial responses addressing queries and complaints related to managed properties
  • Direct and allocate work to the Industrial Property Manager and Property Officer, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluation of properties and provide strategic recommendations for improvements of changes
  • Develop and implement plans for capital expenditure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Handle the negotiation, preparation and execution of lease agreements and licences with private businesses, government agencies and other Departmental units
  • Maintain effective communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors and project teams
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks associated with property management
