Develop and implement plans for capital expenditure, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Handle the negotiation, preparation and execution of lease agreements and licences with private businesses, government agencies and other Departmental units

Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and manage risks associated with property management
Oversee the debt recovery process, updating of the property management system, arrear follow ups and reporting on the financials for the Industrial Portfolio
