  • Posting all invoices related to interim assets, Rentals and Projects going on in KSA.
  • Posting amortization of all rented properties and projects and keep this record up to date to assist reporting team

  • Revenue Department:
  • Responsible for recording all costs for petty cash being used at Central and North regions of Saudi Arabia
  • Preparing reports for pending amounts regarding Express and Courier business unit on daily basis
  • Following up with regional managers, coordinators and team leaders to submit pending amounts to cashiers
  • Checking all delivery sheets and waybills, to make sure, updated in Info-track (collection software) completely
  • Making corrections in updated data of info-track if found any mistakes by cashiers

  • Recording cheque collection in info-track, depositing them in bank and posting in ERP in customer's account
