Looking for the opportunity in HSE Department, where I can guide the safety & environment to the employees & improve their Safety, Health and Environmental skills to work safely

• Hazard Identification & Site Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of equipment, machinery, scaffolding, and work areas to identify potential dangers, such as high-risk activities like working at heights, deep excavation or in confined spaces.
• Compliance & Policy Development: Developing, implementing, and enforcing site-specific safety plans and ensuring compliance project safety plans with local, and international regulations.
• Training & Education: Conducting daily or weekly toolbox talks and specialized safety training to educate workers on safe practices.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigating all accidents, near-misses, and injuries, and maintaining detailed records for compliance and reporting to authorities.
• PPE Enforcement: Ensuring that all workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and that it is maintained in good condition.
• Emergency Management: Organizing emergency response drills and ensuring that safety procedures are followed in case of incidents.
• Subcontractor Management: Monitoring contractor activities to ensure they comply with site safety rules.
