Senior Surveyor with 14+ years of experience in land surveying, construction surveying, road and infrastructure projects across KSA. Experienced in construction layout, setting out, topographic surveys, route alignment, leveling, control networks, benchmarks, traversing, as-built surveys, and quantity verification. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, GPS, Total Station, and Digital Level. Skilled in reviewing IFC drawings and shop drawings, maintaining survey accuracy and quality control, coordinating with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams, and supervising survey activities in compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards.

A skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Technician and Land Surveyor with over six years of hands-on experience in construction and surveying. Specialized in building construction setting-out, horizontal and vertical control, and interpretation of engineering drawings. Proficient in industry software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Archicad for design, planning, and cross-section analysis. Adept at ensuring structural accuracy, alignment, and compliance with design specifications on site.

I began surveying in 2006 at JFC Engineers and Surveyors in Rock Springs, Wyoming. I really enjoyed land surveying and felt like I could make a career of this. I became a crew chief in 2007 and continued to grow and gain experience in many aspects of surveying. In 2022, I chose to move on from my position with JFC and gain some experience in underground mine surveying at Genesis Alkali. Despite having no experience in this area, I learned quickly and improved the survey department at the mine. I have experience in conducting many types of surveys. The local area has very large natural gas fields, many mines of various types, and one of the largest power plants in the US. Most work has been local; however, I have worked on some large-scale pipeline surveys that required a lot of travel. Throughout my surveying career, I have been working toward obtaining the education required to pass the PLS exam. Financial concerns, and other family affairs have made this a slow process. I have taken approximately half of the classes I need in Wyoming and hope to continue taking classes in Florida and sit for the PLS exam. Shortly after I took the new position my family made the decision to make good on a long time dream and move to Florida. My wife and son moved to the Sarasota area, while I stayed behind to handle matters with the house. I am now looking to relocate as well and feel that with my experience and knowledge, I could be an asset to this company.
