Responsibilities & Scope
- Supervise process piping, mechanical equipment installation (static and rotating), and sensitive equipment works.
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly activities; manpower and equipment allocation; interface with operations for SIMOPS.
- Prepare test packs; perform line checks, punch listing and close-out; coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Ensure work is performed as per latest approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes; maintain as-built updates.
- Coordinate welding and NDT to approved WPS; ensure QA/QC checks, material inspection and certificate review.
- Lead shutdown/turnaround activities and brownfield tie-ins to existing systems with isolation planning and PTW compliance.
- Develop method statements, lifting plans and construction sequences; support field engineering for fabrication issues.
- Progress reporting to construction management; client coordination; meeting participation and approvals follow-up.
- Material take-off and logistics coordination with warehouse/yard; support procurement for shortages.
- Support instrumentation interfaces as required (loop checks/functional testing in coordination with discipline teams).
