· Responsible for the planning, control and management of Hard/Soft FM services for building facilities and supporting infrastructure

· Monitor and review existing and new buildings and infrastructure maintenance processes and investigate, assess and resolve incidents of non-compliance, escalating where necessary.

• Carry out routine audits and checks of maintenance staff to ensure adherence to agreed Hard FM maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain the standards, processes and documentation for the maintenance of MEP systems in data centers and telecom sites.
• Manage and coordinate periodic meetings with the management team and customer to brief on ongoing maintenance activities and remedial works, with a view to keeping the customer fully informed and managing expectations appropriately
• Evaluate any subcontractor or projects proposals related to MEP systems to provide recommendations on future maintenance activities and ensure value for money solutions are selected and recommended
• Ensure that all relevant details related to existing and future buildings and infrastructure are up to date, and that any changes are accurately notified and recorded.

· Sales and Marketing Expert to develop business and opening and bringing new projects.

· Implementation of Solar Power on the Main highways all over the kingdom of KSA for highway Security cameras.

· Implementation of high-capacity Solar Power houses for the Farm houses in the most remote areas of Kingdom of KSA.

· In Sales role pricing and biding the projects from RFI to RFP stage.

· Project Manager Implementation for installation of new sites with TETRA short range wireless system for Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Interior.

· Installation of new sites expanding the network and dismantling shifting the sites from one location to another.

· Involved in Hydro Generator Maintenance, testing which includes Generator Bearing removal and generator rotor removal as part of Generator Major Inspection.

· Responsible for Planning, Risk assessment, and Execution of PMs, CMs, and predictive maintenance of Electrical Equipment.

· PM/CM of Protection system, LV/MV SWG, Circuit Breakers, and Control System.

· Involved in various protection testing such as Generator Protection Testing (ABB Relay/AEG) and Motor Protection Relay ABB.

· Maintenance and troubleshooting of generators, Transformers, and Auxiliaries.

· Generator Synchronization for load sharing.

· Preparing trouble reports on any abnormal conditions, alarms, tripping, etc.

· Informing all concerned maintenance Departments about the fault.

· Restoration of the system after total and partial system collapse.

· Keeping a record of the operation of emergency diesel generators.

· Handle emergency work on-call, Coordinate with distributors and vendor

· Generation of TTs /WOs for CMs to address Power System Faults immediately.

· Technical Report Writing and Proper Failure reports of the Closed WOs.

· Responsible for overall O&M and Planning of power infrastructure of client.

· Installation and Commissioning of Ericsson (2000/3000/6000) and Nokia SIEMENS (Flexi/240XL) Base Stations.

· Routing of the Abs via Microwave and Satellite system to the base stations and Base controller stations.

· Installation and Commissioning of Microwave system (Normal and Optical) and Planning Power infrastructure for the new site.

· PM/CM of 1MW and 27KV Allied CAT, power one, Jubilee, Siemens, and AKSA generators.

· Installation and commissioning of Emerson/Power one and Elec Rectifier and controller.

· Boost parameters /BLVD/LLVD configuration for standalone power-ups systems.

· O&M and configuration of ATS and IPS, ATS /IPS timing setting and ensure zero network outage due to power outfall.

· Ensuring of successfully shifting of power from CP to GP and UPS. Ensuring 100% power KPI, Arranging Meetings with Customers, and reporting to my line manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
