QA/QC Engineer

Roles and Responsibility

• mplement and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP) for high-rise building projects per Saudi Aramco standards and project specifications.
• Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, WIRs, MIRs, and inspection checklists for civil and MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections for civil works: excavation, foundations, rebar, formwork, concrete, block work, finishing, flooring, epoxy, and waterproofing.
• Perform technical review of IFC/shop drawings and material submittals, ensuring civil-MEP integration.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to verify openings, sleeves, anchor bolts, supports, and pipe routing, preventing clashes.
• Monitor and approve materials for civil and MEP works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify, report, and follow up NCRs with RCA and CAPA until closure.
• Witness and verify field tests: concrete slump, compressive strength, leveling, and compaction.
• Prepare and review as-built drawings, redline markups, O&M manuals, warranties, and sectional TOC, including civil-MEP coordination points.
• Support project handover and final acceptance, ensuring complete QA/QC documentation

QA/QC Inspector

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections for civil works in high-rise buildings: excavation, foundations, rebar, formwork, concrete, block work, plastering, flooring, epoxy, and waterproofing.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Verify and approve materials delivered to site, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Witness and document field tests: concrete slump, cube tests, compaction, and leveling.
• Prepare and submit daily inspection reports, WIRs, MIRs, and checklists.
• Identify, report, and follow up NCRs under QA/QC Engineer supervision.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for civil-MEP integration: openings, sleeves, anchor bolts, and supports.
• Inspect MEP penetrations, equipment bases, and pipe routing to avoid clashes with structural elements.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and redline markups, including civil-MEP coordination.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation for client and project handover.
