My journey in the tech industry began as a Helpdesk technician, where I accumulated almost 4 years of experience and acquired knowledge in hardware and software installation, printer connectivity, monitor and cable setup, user support, Windows installation, Organize user files and perform manual backups.
Later on, I was presented with an opportunity to join Muttawiff Hujjaj South Asia.Co as an IT Executive. This role provided me with valuable insights into the world of technology, where I learned about new technologies, server management, server installation, backup management, web binding on IIS server, domain management, firewall and antivirus management. Furthermore, I would visit the data center on a daily basis to ensure everything was running smoothly and generate reports. Additionally, I was responsible for managing software and hardware purchases, as well as licenses.
As an IT support engineer at Dimension Data, I am currently involved in the NEOM project. Here's what I have achieved so far. My main responsibilities include providing assistance to users, both remotely and in person. I also take care of tasks such as activating user accounts, assigning licenses, and managing devices on the Azure portal. Additionally, I handle the creation of Active Directory accounts and manage organizational units.
