■ Scope: Construction and fit-out of luxury residential villas including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, external works, landscaping, testing & commissioning, and final handover.

■ Role & Responsibilities:

• Developed and controlled baseline CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for project planning control.
• Monitored critical path, float, and delay impact analysis for schedule risk evaluation.
• Developed interactive Power BI dashboards integrating Primavera P6 data to visualize project KPIs, progress trends, S-curves, critical activities, and schedule performance metrics.

■ Scope: Construction of residential buildings and associated infrastructure including roads, utilities, drainage, and landscaping works through to project completion and handover.

■ Role & Responsibilities:

• Planned, monitored, and updated project schedules using Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling techniques to support timely project delivery.
• Developed and maintained cost- and resource-loaded baseline schedules for projects of 12–24 months, improving schedule accuracy.
• Prepared progress S-curves, Power BI dashboards, and cash flow forecasts to support project performance tracking and management reporting.
• Supported project controls, programme updates, and recovery planning, reducing projected delays by up to 10%.
• Coordinated with construction, engineering, and procurement teams to develop and review project controls deliverables aligned with project schedules.

◆Project: Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Development – Glasgow, Scotland.

■ Scope: Development of a multi-storey Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) facility comprising student residential units, communal amenities, building services, external works, testing & commissioning, and final handover.

■ Role & Responsibilities:

• Updated and maintained project schedules using Primavera P6 in accordance with approved milestones.
• Monitored schedules by collecting progress data and analysing trends for weekly and monthly reports.
• Contributed to recovery and mitigation plans through schedule revisions under senior planners' guidance.
• Prepared short-term and look-ahead schedules based on project baseline to support site activities.
• Assisted in developing earned value metrics, including S-curves and resource histograms for internal monitoring.

◆Project: Residential Villas and Community Infrastructure Development Project.

■ Scope: Development of a high-end residential villa complex involving civil, structural, architectural, MEP, utility infrastructure, external works, testing & commissioning, and project close-out activities.

■ Role & Responsibilities:

• Assisted in creating project plans and schedules to facilitate timely completion of engineering tasks.
• Supported senior engineers in drafting technical documentation and reports for stakeholder review.
• Conducted site visits to observe progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication and streamline project workflows.
