- HVAC: Installation of 5 Nos. Carrier air-cooled chillers (5 x 4500 TR) with dedicated secondary pumping systems (5 secondary pumps), integrated with 225 Air Handling Units (AHUs) and 1050 Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
- Fire Fighting: Installation, testing, and commissioning of firefighting systems including sprinkler networks, pumps, hydrants, and control valves in compliance with NFPA standards.
- FM200 System: Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of NOVEC 1230 clean agent fire suppression systems including cylinders, piping networks, detection, and control panels.
- The Pump Room serves all buildings, FM200 System and Fire Sprinklers system with zone control valves.
- Elevators, Escalators and Dumbwaiters: 24 Nos of the Elevators, 40 Escalators and 4 Dumbwaiter. Installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of elevators and escalators, including control systems and safety compliance.
