- Implementing HSE program, ensuring the organization complies with approved plans and procedures.
- Work proactively with managers to establish and maintain safe system of work.
- Liaise regularly with Corporate HSE in order to develop and implement methods and best practices.
- Ensure that all HSE policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated to all individuals.
- Ensure that company meets its statutory obligations in all areas relating to HSE.
- Writing reports about the result of audit / inspection, discussing findings and recommending possible solutions.
- Conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly safety report to monitor the compliance
- Complete regular risk assessments reviews for all activities.
- Maintain an accurate up to date accident and near misses log, ensuring that all accidents are documented and investigated, and any recommended improvements are implemented.
- Carry out regular safety inspections, drills, risk assessment updates.
- Ensuring that employees are aware of their HSE responsibilities.
- Complete regular reviews and implement updates to the HSE plans and procedures.

- Continuously monitoring of workers to ensure safety rules are abided by.
- Coordinates with medical personnel in the formulation and implementation of health and sanitation and correlates safety with their work.
- Check the fire extinguishers are inspected and ready to use.
- Check the fire alarm system is installed and operational.
- Check the good housekeeping is maintained at all the times.
- Implement the safety rules and instruction as a result of observation meetings and safety walk downs.
- Monitors and advises on the proper adherence of Safety and Health Protection Program, Standards, Procedures and Regulations.
- Checking the fire fighting and alarm.
- Prepare and maintain accident reports, statistical data and other records that may be required by administrative/project management and local authorities.
- Inspection of necessary work permits, prior to beginning of any activities at site.
- Daily weekly, Monthly Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
- Inspection of safety sign boards and warning tape to avoid accident.
- Support company safety environment and health policies and programs.
- Review all procedure as per the operational / project plan, maintain all HSE related statistics and issue bulletin.
- Making identification of hazards and eliminate the risks at job site.
