Successfully led a high-priority project by defining a clear scope of work, developing a detailed technical report, and implementing innovative solutions to address critical challenges. Rapidly mobilized a 24/7 team, allocated necessary materials, and coordinated the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 14 bays 230KV GIS substation along with 6 Power 230KV transformers include their protection and control. Directed a multidisciplinary team of installation and commissioning engineers, executed corrective actions for protection modifications, and ensured the substation was energized within just three weeks post-mobilization. Demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines.
2. Saudi Aramco - JNGL Sub1 230KV Transformer Replacement project (Sept 2023 – Feb 2024).
successfully accomplished under budget and 26% ahead of schedule by effectively resolving high-criticality issues, streamlining resource allocation, and ensuring timely provision of materials. Demonstrated strong coordination across multi-disciplinary teams to address complex engineering and technical challenges, ensuring seamless project execution and achieving exceptional time and cost efficiencies.
3. Khafji Joint operation KJO emergency work Saudi Aramco (Aug 2023 – October 2023).
Successfully managed the emergency work for KJO, leading the rapid restoration of a blackout plant within one month to resume crude oil production. Identified and engineered solutions to trace and replace burned cables, innovating a high-response plan that included technical solutions, timely procurement of massive materials, and efficient allocation of over 120 manpower and 12 engineers within few days. Directed multidisciplinary teams, established a 24/7 fast-response plan, and developed an optimized organizational chart, ensuring zero errors during commissioning and seamless reconnection of all burned control and instrument cables. Demonstrated exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills under tight deadlines.
