  • Apart from working in customer Services field, I have learnt about many software applications and other courses; like web development, graphic designing, networking, etc. This was result of my never resting nature which helped me to learn more things and it will help me broaden my abilities and general knowledge.

CAREER OVERVIEW

I started as a Pre-Sales calling agent but soon I realized that this is not my line of field, then I switched to inbound/aftersales where my communication skills and management qualities came into spot light. After two years, as an inbound agent, I was promoted to supervisory position where my team helped me discover that I am a born leader and team player, and the people working under my supervision gave the maximum profit in those years. After that, I moved to online teaching services to international students for almost 7 years. My communication and managerial skills have always brought the companies, I worked for, to better heights and I assure that it will continue in future too.

RECENT EXPERIENCES

  • CSR (24/7 Hybrid Call Center): in Aug 2023, I came to Islamabad in search of a job, where I enters into TAXI field which I never had worked on. In few months, I was fully trained to book a taxi anywhere in Northampton UK. My previous experiences with international clients helped me along the way. Working at Hybrid Call Center in taxi field, opened a new experience for me, working with UK clients gave me the broader knowledge of people from a different country in a different communication than my previous experiences. My core responsibilities were; Taxi Booking, Lost items recovery, Complaint Resolving, Answer customer queries via phone and email. and general reporting.
  • Alpha Controller (24/7 Hybrid Call Center): In Oct 2024, I was promoted to Taxi Dispatcher and Alpha Controller (Shift in Charge), where I trained a few new colleagues as well, which brought me as a very good trainer in my manager’s eye. Since then, I am working as a dispatcher and Alpha in shift, controlling the overall shift, colleagues, making team rota for night staff, handling internal email, dispatching taxi manually to drivers, managing, maintaining and communicating with drivers, Adding/Editing new drivers into system, taking drivers’ queries and complaints, managing the customers if needed (Blocking or Un-blocking) etc.
