Duties and Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
• Investigating and testing ideas for HVAC and safety pumping to improve existing systems or to overcome machinery problems.
• Making parts and installing and testing machinery.
• Surveying sites ahead of fitting heating, ventilation or air conditioning systems.
• Planning the placement of pumps, pipework, ducts and control panels.
• Installing HVAC components.
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely. Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and Make Up air.
• Get approved HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP-Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from Project Engineer
• Supervision, monitoring and inspections of all activities and ensures an efficient and safe implementation of all works in accordance with technical standards, approved plan, specifications and in conformity with the contract documents.
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently.
• Assist the Project Engineer during Preparation of final Test Reports, as built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manual and handing over the project to client.
• Co-ordinate with HVAC TAB (Testing Adjusting & Balancing) Team.
• Testings: Inspection of Leak test(LT), Vacuum Test(VT), Air Testing Test (ATT), Hydro Pressure Test (HPT), Flushing/Air blowing for the pipes, Pneumatic Test.

Maintenance

• Plant Room Operation and Maintenance.
• Maintenance of the HVAC Systems & Trouble shooting.
• Diagnose problems and perform general and preventive maintenance.
• Maintenance of equipment by reassembling, Pumps, Evaporators, Condensers and receivers, repacking the valves Weekly site walk.
• Lay out wires and pipes to complete HVAC systems i.e. Evaporator, Condenser, Pipes, Flashing by Nitrogen.

• Design and fabrication of mechanical automatic airpurifier.
• Design and calculations of velocity, acceleration and speed with time of Roller Coaster.
• Load bearing, stress bearing Truss Bridge formation.
• Disc brake cracks analysis and material replacement in Meecas Production line.
