  • Lead and managed a team of 20 employees related to all aspects of safety, compliance and operational excellence for one of the world’s largest offshore Gas & Oil Separation Plant (Marjan GOSP-4) with net processing capacity of 1.1 million BPD liquid (550 MBD Oil) and 1 BSCF associate gas along as part of mega program that has designed, fabricated and installed a total of 36 offshore platforms

  • Implemented key environmental technologies by enacting a Flare Gas Recovery System and smokeless flare in line with SA vision of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050

  • MIP entailed seven (7) countries with geographically scattered locations for Engineering, Fabrication and installations with a total of 1,500 engineered equipment, 2 million safe manhours, 1 million KM length of cable (within plant), 240 MW of electricity distribution and 164,000 Tonnages of steel
  • El-Wastani Gas Field Development Project; Acted as a Project Manager on numerous facets of a 100 million USD natural gas processing project in Egypt with a production of 2,800 bbl/day of LPG in addition to 152 MMSCFD of natural gas and 5,000 bbl/day of stabilized condensate. The project comprised of a HCDP (Propane based Mechanical Refrigeration, EG Regeneration and Overheads Booster Compression units) together with Condensation Stabilization, Storage, Custody Transfer Metering, and associated Utility systems. Stage II comprised of LPG Recovery unit comprising of a Molecular Sieve based Dehydration Unit, Turbo-Expander unit together with De-ethanizer, De-butanizer, LPG metering and Storage.

· Conoco Philips, Baton Rouge Refinery Up-grade- Contributed as a Project Design/Planning Engineer for a US $7.0 Millionproject for Monol/Inconol 400 exotic series of equipment including shell & tube type heat exchangers, API tanks & support structure design. Also prepared RFQ’s, BOM’s, MTO and supervised project scheduling and planning at all phases of project design and fabrication.

· A.H Lundberg Associates, Washington-As Project/Design Engineer, designed and completely supervised the fabrication of a 14 ft diameter storage tank (made of 2205 exotic material) and performed vendor evaluation for pumps, valves and hardware with an overall project value of US $ 1.0 Million.
