At core of Qiddiya's attractions will be massive water park, spanning impressive 337,948 square meters of land. This expansive project will feature 22 thrilling rides and nine distinct districts, each inspired by native animals and habitats, such as Camel Rock, Den, Herding Grounds, and Arabian Peak. Notably, Qiddiya Water Theme Park will be largest of its kind in the world, boasting additional 137,948 square meters of space compared to any other water park globally.
Role & Responsibilities:-
BIM Modeler
· I create well-coordinated and rationalized general arrangement layouts and Details using tools like Work Live on Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud Model (BIM 360) and other Autodesk tools. These layouts are designed to facilitate clear communication among architects, designers, clients, and construction team.
· Ensure that model adheres to standards and objectives outlined in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
· Generate precise construction drawings and extract data from discipline-specific BIM platform.
· Engage in internal and external collaboration and coordination with other disciplines to manage design changes and model updates.
· Employ comprehensive methodology to coordinate design documentation, utilizing BIM software and tools to their fullest potential.
· Provide detailed information to fabricators to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety, quality, and project standards of steel elements.

Standing 40 story’s in height, Tower comprises 30 floors of office space, 7 executive floors and 3 levels of sky gardens, all of which revolve around stunning central atrium that stretches full height of building.

· Take on responsible role in supervising and guiding implementation and inspection processes for premium and opulent flooring, cladding, and ceiling elements in exclusive VIP Floors and Chairman's office. This includes managing installation of Raised Flooring with Carrara white marble, intricate woodwork, and high-end fixtures.
