Projects Highlights.

QIDDIYA Theme Water Park Riyadh.

At core of Qiddiya's attractions will be massive water park, spanning impressive 337,948 square meters of land. This expansive project will feature 22 thrilling rides and nine distinct districts, each inspired by native animals and habitats, such as Camel Rock, Den, Herding Grounds, and Arabian Peak. Notably, Qiddiya Water Theme Park will be largest of its kind in the world, boasting additional 137,948 square meters of space compared to any other water park globally.

Role & Responsibilities:-

BIM Modeler

· I create well-coordinated and rationalized general arrangement layouts and Details using tools like Work Live on Revit Autodesk Construction Cloud Model (BIM 360) and other Autodesk tools. These layouts are designed to facilitate clear communication among architects, designers, clients, and construction team.

· Ensure that model adheres to standards and objectives outlined in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.

· Generate precise construction drawings and extract data from discipline-specific BIM platform.

· Engage in internal and external collaboration and coordination with other disciplines to manage design changes and model updates.

· Employ comprehensive methodology to coordinate design documentation, utilizing BIM software and tools to their fullest potential.

· Provide detailed information to fabricators to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety, quality, and project standards of steel elements.

· Conduct clash detection reviews between architectural, structural, and MEP models or shop drawings to identify and resolve issues and clashes early on, minimizing the need for rework and avoiding unnecessary costs.

(SABB) Saudi British Bank Headquarter.

This project is located on King Fahd Road in Al-Sahafa Area of Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Project is about Construction of 30-storey headquarters building. Tower will include four levels of parking and five-level basement. Project Cost is 675m SAR.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Lead Architectural Draftsman |BIM Modeler

· Proficient in using industry-standard drafting software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.

· Review architectural drawings, specifications, Value Engineering, and contract documents to understand Project requirements and ensure that construction activities align with approved plans.

· Collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate and comprehensive architectural Shop drawings.

· Supervised team of architectural draftsmen, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

· Reviewed and checked drawings for accuracy, adherence to standards, and compliance with building codes and regulations.

SAMBA HQ Project Parcel # 119 KAFD Riyadh K.S.A

Situated in heart of new King Abdullah Financial District, SAMBA head office provides benchmark for sustainable buildings in Riyadh. Standing 40 story’s in height, Tower comprises 30 floors of office space, 7 executive floors and 3 levels of sky gardens, all of which revolve around stunning central atrium that stretches full height of building.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Lead Architectural Draftsman |Architectural Design Coordinator

· Reviewed architectural plans and drawings to identify any discrepancies or potential issues.

· Collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate and comprehensive architectural Shop drawings.

· I developed precise and well-coordinated plans for flooring, cladding, and ceiling interfaces in important and complex areas, including those surrounding atrium, revolving doors area, and chairman's office.

· Take on responsible role in supervising and guiding implementation and inspection processes for premium and opulent flooring, cladding, and ceiling elements in exclusive VIP Floors and Chairman's office. This includes managing installation of Raised Flooring with Carrara white marble, intricate woodwork, and high-end fixtures. Provide technical expertise and support to Construction Team by developing comprehensive Coordinated Interface plans & details.

· Created detailed shop drawings for high-end toilets featuring integrated accessories and bespoke Corian vanity cabinets, tailored to exacting luxury standards.

· Review Subcontractors Drawings According to Finishing Specs, Contract Drawings and Value Engineering.

· Collaborated with architects, engineers, and contractors to address design modifications and constructability concerns.

· Provided technical guidance and support to project teams throughout construction process.

· Conducted site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.

· Assisted in development and implementation of architectural standards and guidelines.

· Participated in meetings with clients to discuss project requirements, design concepts, and feasibility.

· Wet Area Details coordinated with waterproofing specialist drawings and sanitary fixtures.

· Preparing Stair Details, Handrail, Guardrail and metal works details.
