- Mointor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily.
- Lead,hire and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the housekeeping department budget,take inventory and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
- Documents areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issue such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office.
- Plan the weekly duty roster of coordinators,senior supervisor and floor superviosers.
- Perform disciplinery action or dismissal cases of employee under his charge.
- Coordinate and monitor preventive maintence program.
- Plan and ensure the clearings of annual leaves / public holiday are up date on timely basis.
- Identify training needs for area of improvement in the departement.
- Inspect personal grooming, uniform tidiness and cleanliness for the employees.
