Lead the commissioning of MEP systems for the SAHAYEB Tier III Data Parks 1,2 & 3, each designed for 8MW IT load. Oversaw T&C activities in line with Uptime Institute Tier III and LEED Silver standards, ensuring compliance with milestones, safety, and integration protocols. Directed vendors and subcontractors through the full Cx process, conducted site inspections and design reviews, and led the preparation of test scripts and IST procedures. Administered CxALLOY and CAS monitoring tools, supported Level 5 (IST) and TCCF inspections, and ensured readiness for operational handover.

Led Commissioning for Lusail Plaza Super Tall Towers (50-storey towers, mid-rise buildings, Tier III data center’s). Oversaw electrical installation, testing, and commissioning in line with QCS, Kahramaa, QCD, and international standards. Prepared ITPs, reviewed submittals, conducted inspections, and supported handover with zero major non-conformities

Oversaw MEP construction and commissioning for Dubai’s City land Mall, the first nature-inspired shopping destination with a 200,000 sq. ft. botanical garden. Ensured compliance with specifications and standards by reviewing T&C procedures, risk assessments, and test plans. Led design reviews, evaluated contractor submissions, coordinated inspections and IST, and ensured timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery

Oversaw the full scope of Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, and Fire Safety (MEPFS) construction and commissioning activities for the Qatar National Museum, a landmark project inspired by the desert rose and featuring extensive gallery spaces, parklands, and advanced facilities. Developed and implemented Testing & Commissioning procedures, risk assessments, and Inspection Test Plans aligned with project specifications and international standards. Conducted detailed commissionability reviews of critical documentation, identifying and mitigating risks early. Led on-site inspections, coordinated Functional Performance Testing with subcontractors, and maintained communication with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical queries and implement value engineering. Managed commissioning progress tracking, participated in major inspections, supported budget planning, and optimized resource allocation to ensure project milestones, quality, and safety standards were met.
