Roles and Responsibilities.

• Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project scope.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material delivery plans.
• Review and coordinate with the Consultant, Client, and Focal Points for material submittals and shop drawing approvals.
• Attending weekly meetings or project progress meetings with focal points, end users, consultants, and clients.
