I had the honor of serving the pilgrims during the 1445-Hajj as a Quality Control & Compliance Officer at King Abdulaziz International Airport. My responsibilities included:
• Submitting daily Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) addressing the challenges faced by pilgrims on-site.
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored for on-site departments.
• Creating a Process Flow Diagram for the pilgrims, which visually represents the sequential steps, decisions, and flows in a process, thereby illustrating the progression of tasks or activities from start to end, utilizing Microsoft Visio.
