  • Assigned as Risk manager for generation technical support department and as result of that I summarized main risks with owners and how could removes those risks by available resources.

  • Collect all of Bearings data with troubleshooting in one file, and reflected at company system for all engineers.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Siemens frame V84.2, and solve frequently failure which is vacuum system with lube oil.
  • Suggested CSP plant as combined cycle with Shuqaiq Steam Power Plant in order to reduced estimated fuel consumption during running, and to takes benefits from highest temperature at that place, also to avoid negativity from using Renewable Energy.
  • ( For this suggestion is supported by King Abdullah City Atomic and Renewable Energy).

  • Suggested new way to dismantling Gas Turbine Unit by HYTORC equipment instead of conventional way and result during maintenance season total cost saving 6 million Riyal.
