- FM Engineer (Site Manager) for Saudi Arabia Railway (SAR) project (AlQassim Station), which it's part of Hard Services Mega Project for SAR Northern line and TSMG from 19-05-2022 until now.
- Follow-up mobilization period for receiving the site from the previous contractor company (SNC-Lavalin) and preparing the snags list for remaining issues on the station.
- Following all technical teams on the site (Electrical, mechanical, civil and HVAC) and distribute the daily operation and maintenance tasks.
- Follow-up all the hard services work in the Station, correctives and planned preventive maintenance to be implemented on time and as standard (SOP's).
- Follow-up all the necessary procurement work and budget, to provide the required material for the site such as consumables and spare parts.
- Coordinating with all subcontractors for the site visits and following them works accordingly (CM or PM) for our systems for examples but not in limit (Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System, RO system, STP plant, Generators, Boilers, MV Switchgears, LV Switchgears, Transformers, Low Current System, Elevators and Escalators, and Chillers)
- Reporting the CM & PM work orders by using (IBM-Maximo) for assets management.
