• Contribute to design and implementation of the section’ strategy and roadmap
• Prepare Corporate Applications Section annual budget and participate in Department’s budgeting cycle and process
• Understand business requirements and facilitate development and implementation of corporate applications to provide IT service support in delivery of business operations
• Liaise with application design and business teams and manage the development of corporate applications to ensure alignment with business requirements and design standards
• Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Manage, guide and assist direct reports

• Building Business Analysis unit by establishing workflow and process, in addition to creating required templates
• Performed day-to-day job as business analyst by gathering and analyzing business requirements

• Responsible of handling testing and UATs of developed products

• Diligently and accurately design test plans on software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications
• Perform tests on below software and applications:

-ERP (HR, Finance, and SCM modules)
-Hospital Management Information System (VIDA)
-eService channels

• Develop and execute test cases
• Perform performance, integration, compatibility, and regression testing if applicable.
• Record and document actual results and compare to expected results
• Document software defects using bug tracking system
• Conduct test session with end users
