Covid-19 Sup. Services Field Team Leading.
March/2020 - Jan/2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was assigned as Support Services field team leader, in charge of delivering all support-related services ( Housing, Transport, laundry, Housekeeping and nutrition) and directly in charge of managing the financial unplanned related expences ( 2.5 Million - 3.5 Million) with the following accomplishments:
1- Furnishing and preparing of15 isolation buildings consisting of 1430 accommodation units.
2- Accommodated more than 4000 guests (Positive COVID-19 patients, suspected COVID-19, and medical city on-call staff).
3- Conducted more than 3500 Transportation trips.
4- Conducted more than 45000 cleaning cycles.
5- Delivered more than 35000 Nutrition meals.
Cost Reduction Initiative.
between 2018 - 2019 developed/ executed/ delivered a cost reduction initiative in the housing department, to reduce the overall annual rental cost and expenses, and accomplished the following:
1- Increased the efficiency of accommodation utilization by reconstructing the residents' eligibility matrix and distribution.
2- Redused the overall annual rental budget by 43%. ( 13 Million Annually Reduced)
